CR Lewis is able to assist with any size rip-outs on your projects, whether that be a renovation or a demolition, our team of skilled operatives are experienced in safely dismantling fixtures and fittings and disposing of them corerectly.
Alongside our sister company, Dovetail Group, CR Lewis deliver a large volume of landscaping works which can include excavating, resurfacing, feature installations and more. The support of Dovetail Group enables us to have skilled & qualified operatives prepared to deliver any landscaping project.
If you require any form of demolition on your site CR Lewis has a team of skilled engineers that are able to deliver the works required to the health and safety specification to ensure that the demolition is carried out properly and to a high standard.
Also through the support of our sister company Dovetail Group, CR Lewis deliver general building maintenance across the West Midlands for services such as, Mechanical & Electrical, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing and Carpentry.
How Our Planned maintenance works
The first step to book your planned maintenance is to either call us, email us or fill out a contact form on the website. From here we'll confirm what machinery you want, and where in Solihull, Coventry or Meriden you are based to book the Delivery. We will often ask for pictures of he work in advance to help us quote it properly, sometimes we may do a preliminary site visit.
Based on the information you have provided us and the work that needs to be done, one of our estimators will submit a quote to you showing the breakdown of the costs for the works and any potential machinery we will need on-site.
If you accept our quote to complete the desired works we will then organise a preferred date to commence the project. This can be anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks from when the quote was accepted depending on any permits that are required.
Once the works are booked, our operatives schedule will be adjusted accordingly and they will be provided with a brief to complete the works by the relevant manager. Throughout the course of the work, we will keep you updated with pictures using our CAFM system and innovative technology and we will hold a site meeting for a debrief to ensure you are happy.

If you need additional work done you can raise a new quote with us and we can add this to your existing quote and works, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible please so we can deliver a punctual and reliable service for you, and to ensure it doesn’t affect any other work we have booked in.
For planned maintenance works we will deliver across the West Midlands only. However, if a project is large enough we will increase this radius, so please call our office for better guidance on 0333 355 3222.
We regularly do site visits as a company as it helps us better assess the work that needs doing and conduct any health and safety surveys should they need doing so this isn’t an issue.
All our operatives are fully qualified and they have the respective tickets required for the machinery used on site. Our sister company Dovetail Group also delivers internal and external training meaning we continuously develop our staff with new qualifications.
